Which is the most effective way to take notes?

 

People tend to lose almost 40% of new information within the first 24 hours of first reading or hearing it. If notes are taken effectively , it is possible to retain and retrieve almost 100% of the received information. Effective note taking is interactive, and it concerns using the original notes numerous times to build memory of the content. The rate of forgetting is minimized if students re-read their notes the same day they have taken it.

Which academy is the right academy?

How many students do you know who have a clear idea about what their future holds?- In my experience, very few.

With this in mind, selecting a college or university is, certainly an important decision and there are many factors to take into consideration.

Such a choice has to be fully thought-through. Choosing which University, and of course the right program can become, for many people, a great source of anxiety. For some it can take days to evaluate a list of the pros and cons, but for others, the choice becomes a kind of lottery. Frequently, the choice is deduced from randomness over reason, and it all ends with signing up for a faculty without any kind of pondering at all.

If you are a university or college student, you probably make notes when you are attending classes or reading your text books. Upon this you probably review the notes you made when you are preparing for exams, which enables you study better.

You may have wondered if there a right way or a wrong way in taking notes.  Does one method of note-taking works better than another?

There is probably no one way that works best for all people in all situations, since everyone’s brain is unique sequence of connections.
