Tech hasn’t changed what a good teacher is, it’s changed what a good teacher does with their time. The classrooms that are doing this well use tools to take away the repetitive work, leaving more room for the parts of teaching that were always human to start with: noticing when a child is struggling, explaining a concept a different way, and just paying attention.
