Online learners are found more interactive because they are holding an experience of online conferencing. There are a number of websites that allow online students to communicate and share their learning with others. You can also participate in competitions offered online. So the idea that online education system is antisocial is not true at all. Less Considered by Recruiters Hiring panels are more interested in an individual`s skills rather than the type or source of applicant's degree.  But the fact is that 87% of hiring panels believe that online degrees have equal respect as traditional degrees. 60% disagree that they mark any differential division between online or traditional degree statuses.
