Job Description: Drafter/Designer (Architectural) Amazing opportunity! $60-75k/year DOE Role is onsite in Thousand Oaks The role: We are seeking to hire an experienced Auto-CAD and Revit Drafter with knowledge of drafting standards for residential and commercial structures. Duties: To help develop construction documents from design drawings and red-lines. To coordinate with consultants and complete projects through the permitting process. Assist in construction administration. Review and check drawings for accuracy and coordination. Coordination with clients and engineers required for the submittal process. 3-D Modeling and design. Requirements: Require experience with Type V Construction and knowledge of building codes and permit processes. Proficient in Auto-CAD 2000 and newer. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
