Apex Systems is looking to hire a SuccessFactors BA for one of their reputable retail clients. This will be 100% remote. Job Description: As a SuccessFactors Business Analyst you will need to have experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP (EC) payroll. The main objective of this job is to support the development the Operations/Business and IT functional roadmap by partnering with the business (process owners within HR) in order to deliver simple and efficient to use business processes and systems. You will be the linking pin between business and IT. Will join the team in their continuing Global transformation from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, including SAP’s Cloud Payroll solution ECP. Your activities: Serve as technical expert for SuccessFactors (i.e. EC, Talent, Goals and Performance, LMS, SAP’s Cloud Payroll solution ECP) – Engaging with SuccessFactors Community, Rising, and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future SuccessFactors capabilities Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily Manage the process of change -required changes to existing SuccessFactors configuration, ABAP and integrations and creating new ones based upon business need Contribute to the strategic roadmap for global IT initiatives – Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support for organizational strategic obje
