Job Description: Golden Opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Manager. Will be responsible to partner with 20 managers to develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures across the board to ensure a premium employee experience, Work with key managers to assess and recommend the best structure and policy roll out, Remain up to date on regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources and how it impacts our industry, Maintain deep understanding of California employment laws and compliance with ability to add on multiple states, Ability to advise and re mediate is essential, Creating and maintaining a high-performing culture with a team of 2, Experience being the HR authority for 750+ hourly employees across multiple job site, A thoughtful leadership mindset crossed with the skill and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Ability to deal with complex and stressful situations and handle employee situations effectively and advise management which will not always entail a traditional 40-hour work week, Support employee engagement and serve as an employee advocate, understand, execute and lead in all safety and compliance matters, establish, monitor and enforce safety and OSHA compliance which includes monthly training of industry safety topics, communication to 750 employees, and guiding field managers on how to train on each topic, Handle benefits administration, Full scope understanding of worker?s comp; including investigations, maintaining records, and representing the company at hearings, think outside the box in regards to recruitment and on boarding, ability to manage HR communication and lead monthly team meetings, Identify and implement areas for operational efficiency within HR, Process Corporate payroll including 20 upper management persons Looking for candidates with the following: ?
