We welcome post contributions to onlinecultus.com. If you’re interested in actively contributing towards the online education promotion, you can get involved.

Here are the post specifications that will provide you with a clear understanding of the types of articles we accept and how our editorial process works.

Post specifications and conditions

www.onlinecultus.com is open to serve the online education community and everyone interested in this type of education.

The content is driven exclusively by the interests of our members. We are happy to accept posts of any format from qualified individuals, as long as it is preceded by a proposal.

Being committed to discussing online education, a transformation of traditional into online institutions and other forms of non-traditional learning, we are open to any piece looking at some aspect of this concept. It may come in the form of a research article, opinion piece, your point of view, a serious anecdote, humorous list, sketch or anything else that you feel is appropriate. We are able to accommodate most forms of rich media.

Some sample topic ideas are given below. Respecting those opinions may differ, we will never stifle editorial content unless it is slanderous or puts a label on an issue without proper justification.

Having a diverse group of contributors, we do not impose one uniform style guide. The precondition is that all pieces subscribe to common grammatical conventions and are written in a clear, informal style free of jargon.

Minor grammatical/stylistic changes without contacting the author, however, might be made on our side. On any conceptual changes, we discuss with the author, prior to publication.

There is no word limit on submitted pieces since we want to be sure that contributors are able to express themselves fully, but it should not be less than 700-800 words. Editors may, however, suggest that longer pieces be broken down into a series or that shorter pieces are grouped with others of a similar theme. Include link of the author with a relevant social media profile and be aware that all links on Cultus are – no-follow-.

Occasionally we accept material that has been published elsewhere (for example, we welcome book excerpts from authors, experts’ opinions or scholars’ views), as long as you are clearly stating that you are submitting original material.

When submitting the article, you warrant that all the facts contained therein are true and accurate, that it does not infringe another’s copyright or proprietary rights and does not violate any person’s right of privacy, and that the article has not appeared in any other publication in whole or in part.

By submitting your piece to www.onlinecultus.com the exclusive right to any submitted content for 30 days from publication is yours.

After 30 days, you give www.onlinecultus.com, a non-exclusive and irrevocable license in perpetuity to republish the article in print, online, through syndication, or in any other form, manner, format, or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world and in any language, directly or through others, and to include the article in electronic archives and databases.

You will be deemed to have accepted these terms upon submission of your article.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at cultus@onlinecultus.com.

An editor will contact you within 48 hours.

We look forward to your articles and spreading the e-learning trends worldwide.
