JEE Main: Ensuring future

JEE Main reaching its culmination, it is time for the aspirants to wait for the result. Soon the result will be out and there will be many who would rejoice and simultaneously some will silently either turn their ways or start preparing for the next time. Those who took the exam know what result they are going to get. But ultimately, result is result and until it is declared, nothing can be stated with certainty.

There are many who are confident that they will top the merit list. There are also some candidates who know that they will not be able to get their names in the merit list. Others are in confusion whether the result will be positive or negative. Those who are confident, they are now preparing to tread the further road in life. They are busy arranging funds and making preparations to relocate to some new and quaint places. Those who are confident of their failure must start working to mend the ways of their life. They must learn from their errors and resolve not to commit the same mistakes again.

Were the questions of JEE Main quite tough?
Was it easier than the previous year examinations or more difficult with the increased level of complexities?

The opinions vary from person to person. High level entrance-examinations like JEE are always tough and it is the only way that the talent can be identified. Why do you think for some it was difficult? Well, the answer is that they were either less smart or lacked proper preparation. In such examinations, being intelligent alone does not suffice. Often the average candidates score well and the so called intelligent ones lag behind. Tough exams always call for rigorous practice and preparation. So those who consistently work hard, get success and those considering themselves extraordinarily over-smart, regret a lot in their life.

There are also some candidates who fail even after working hard to the extent of using all their energy and strength.
Why do you think it happens? Isn’t the Divinity with them?

You should understand that hard work may be the key to success, but hard work alone is not always sufficient to guarantee success. Hard work is mandatory for success, but this should be guided in the right direction. You may work hard, but the things you exert your efforts on may not be the appropriate ones. You need to press the accelerator and not the brake if you wish to increase the speed of your car. So, you should work hard, but it should also be a smart work. Right thing must be done in the right time and in a right manner.

The result of JEE Main will open the door to bright future for many and meanwhile it will also cause tears in many hearts. The result will also compel many to learn a tough lesson to survive and progress in life. Those aspiring to appear in JEE 2014 must not procrastinate to move towards practice and preparation. The mistakes may be made by some, but everyone has the opportunity to learn from them.
